LoanGate (“LoanGate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by DMWM Holdings LLC, doing business as loangate.ai, and provides a lead-qualification platform for mortgage lenders. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website, the officer dashboard, and the conversational agent (“Sofía”) that interacts with prospective borrowers over chat and phone.

• Information you provide. Contact details (name, phone number, email), and the responses you share with our agent during a qualification conversation, such as loan purpose, timeline, and general financial readiness.
• Conversation data. Transcripts, call recordings where permitted, and the qualification outcome (red / yellow / green tier) generated from the conversation.
• Lender account data. For loan officers and desk owners, account credentials, organization membership, and configuration settings.
• Technical data. Log data, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Aggregated usage analytics. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic, such as page views and referring sources. It sets no cookies and does not build a persistent profile of you or track you across other sites; the data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

• To qualify and route leads to the appropriate loan officer.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your inquiry.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or BAJA), and you can get help by replying HELP (or AYUDA). You may opt out of further contact of any kind by telling our agent or contacting us using the details below. Honoring a do-not-contact request suppresses further outreach.

We share personal information with the mortgage lender you engaged with, and with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (for example, hosting, telephony, and email delivery) under contractual confidentiality obligations. Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
