Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LoanGate platform, including our website, the officer dashboard, and the conversational agent (“Sofía”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LoanGate is a lead-qualification platform for mortgage lenders. The conversational agent gathers information from prospective borrowers, scores it against a configurable qualification model, and routes qualified leads to loan officers. The platform is a tool to support lending operations; it does not itself make lending decisions or offer financial, legal, or tax advice.

Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer or commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of any loan terms. Qualification tiers (red / yellow / green) are indicative only. Any actual loan offer is subject to the lender’s own underwriting, verification, and applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, or that is false or misleading.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.

By engaging with our agent, you agree to receive communications related to your inquiry. Where required by law, contact occurs only with appropriate consent. You may opt out of further contact at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by LoanGate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanGate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoanGate and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoanGate operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
